Support Worker - Swan Hill
AM and PM rotating shifts 6-8hrs. Overnight shifts.
Join a dedicated team, where you will receive practical hands-on training to support our client with complex care requirements.
Provide practical assistance with personal support, activities of daily living and community activities with the support of a large team.
This role offers 6-hour and 8-hour shifts across a rotating roster, day, afternoon and evening.
You must be able to work night shifts (12 am to 8am) as part of your roster.
May include weekends and Public Holidays.

NDIS Worker Screening Check
