Casual Support Worker - Wodonga VIC

Active overnights - 12pm to 7am

CPSN are looking for a pro-active, reliable person to support our fantastic late teen female client in Wodonga Victoria.


Supports required: Assistance with personal care, activities of daily living, community access, complex care provision e.g.: PEG and tracheostomy care.


You will be working with the client's family and existing support team at our client's home in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will receive training onsite and online to set you up for success.


You must be comfortable with dogs.


Shifts: Monday to Sunday - Active overnights - 12am to 7am. Day shifts being offered as they become available.


Note: When working active overnights with CPSN you will not be able to engage in any other work the day of the active overnight shift or the following day due to OHS considerations.


Casual base rate ($37.31 per hour) + shift penalty rates + super


What you need to be considered for interview:

  • Open license desired but not essential

  • Willingness to learn complex care supports

  • Strong observational skills

  • A proactive approach

  • Problem solving capabilities

  • Respect for established routines

You will need or must be willing to obtain the following Compliance documentation required for this opportunity:

  • A NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

  • Current First Aid certificate

  • Current CPR certificate

  • 2 references from prior and/or current employers


Certificate Ill or IV in Disability Support desired but not essential
