Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Cerebral Palsy Support Network (CPSN)
The Board of CPSN is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead us in the delivery of our current strategic objectives as we continue to evolve to best serve the cerebral palsy community.

CPSN exists to support people living with cerebral palsy to maximise their choices and opportunities throughout life. We do this by providing services, supports and information and a community, that supports and empowers people living with cerebral palsy and their networks.
We are a not-for-profit organisation, reinvesting into initiatives that advance our purpose.
Context
We live our values and purpose through embedding choice and human rights into the fabric of our organisation. Currently over 20% of our ‘office’ staff have lived experience with cerebral palsy. Similarly, the Board has Directors and access to advisors who have lived experiences with cerebral palsy. CPSN currently operates in a challenging environment where we strive to work alongside our members and clients and enable them to direct and make their own decisions, consistent with our values. This occurs while complying with a complex regulatory and policy environment that is ever evolving, also in tight economic conditions. Over the last 18 months CPSN has evolved its business model to increase the emphasis on services for people with complex support requirements, while maintaining a commitment to the broader purpose.
